Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
2. Shipping Coverage & Excluded Regions
We only provide shipping service to the continental United States.
Available Shipping Area
Contiguous United States mainland only.
Unavailable Shipping Area
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, small outlying islands, U.S. military bases, and all U.S. affiliated islands. No sales, delivery or after-sales service will be provided for the above excluded regions.
3. Delivery Time
For orders delivered to the continental United States, the estimated delivery time is 15–20 calendar days.
Please note that delivery time may be extended due to customs inspection, local holidays, flight delays and other uncontrollable factors. We will not be liable for logistics delays caused by objective force majeure reasons.
4. Shipping Fee Standard
Free standard shipping is only applicable to orders delivered to the continental United States.
No shipping service is provided for excluded regions mentioned above.

6. Customs Duties & Import Charges
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other related charges shall be borne solely by the recipient.
These fees are required to be paid upon the arrival of the package at the destination region. The specific amount is determined in accordance with the import and export regulations of the local government.
