1. Are your pet products safe for cats and dogs?

2. How do I choose the right size for my pet?


We provide detailed size parameters and reference suggestions on each product page. You can measure your pet’s weight, height and body circumference, then refer to our size chart to pick the most suitable one. If you have any doubts about sizing, feel free to contact our customer service for recommendation.

3. Do you support returns and exchanges?


Yes. We offer standard return and exchange service for unused, unwashed and intact products within the specified time limit. Please keep the original packaging and contact our support email to start the return process.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?


We ship from local US warehouse. Normally standard shipping takes 5–10 business days to deliver within the United States. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

5. Are the products easy to clean and maintain?


Most of our pet beds, toys and daily supplies are designed for easy cleaning. Some are washable by hand or machine, and the material is resistant to dirt and wear, which is convenient for daily care.

6. Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?


Order modification or cancellation is available only before the item is shipped. Once the package is dispatched, no cancellation is supported. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible if you need any changes.

7. Is your packaging environmentally friendly?


We advocate eco-friendly concepts. Most of our outer packaging adopts recyclable materials, committed to reducing plastic waste while providing quality products for your pets.

8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?


Please take photos of the damaged product and outer package, then send them to our official email. We will verify the issue quickly and arrange a replacement or refund for you free of charge.
