We are committed to providing high-quality pet supplies and a satisfying shopping experience for every customer. Please read the following return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Time Limit & Service Fee
We support free return and exchange within 30 calendar days from the date you receive the package.
No additional return handling fee or restocking fee will be charged for eligible returns.
2. Eligibility for Return & Refund
To be qualified for return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and kept in original intact packaging.
- All accessories, labels and original parts are complete.
- Clearance, discounted promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange. Customized products are also not supported for return or refund.
- Returns caused by personal dislike, size mismatch, or improper personal use are acceptable within the 30-day limit as long as the product remains resalable.
3. Shipping Fee Responsibility
- Personal reason return (dislike, unsuitable size, no longer needed): The customer shall bear the return shipping fee.
- Our reason return (product quality problem, wrong item shipped, damaged upon arrival): We will bear the return shipping fee.
4. Steps to Apply for Return & Refund
- Do not send back the goods directly without application.
- Contact our customer service to submit a return application, provide your order number, product pictures and related problem descriptions.
- Wait for our official review and confirmation.
- After approval, follow the instructions to send the item back to the designated return address.
- We will inspect the returned goods after receiving the package. Once verified compliant, we will process your refund or exchange immediately.
5. Important Notice of Return Mailing Address
Please do NOT mail the product back to our business address directly.
The official return address will be sent to you via email after your return application is approved. You must send the package to the designated address provided in the email; otherwise, we cannot confirm receipt and cannot process your refund.
6. Refund Processing Time
After we receive and inspect your returned product and confirm it meets the return conditions:
- We will process your refund within 3–7 business days.
- The refund will be returned to your original payment account via PayPal. The actual arrival time depends on the official processing speed of PayPal.
