Payment Process


  1. After you select your favorite pet supplies and add them to the shopping cart, proceed to the checkout page.
  2. Fill in your accurate shipping address, contact information and complete order confirmation.
  3. Select PayPal as your only payment method on the payment page.
  4. You will be redirected to the official PayPal login page, log in to your PayPal account, and confirm the payment amount and order information.
  5. Complete the payment authorization in PayPal, and you will automatically return to our store website after successful payment.
  6. Once the payment is confirmed successfully, we will immediately arrange order processing and shipment.

Payment Confirmation


After completing the payment, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email from our official mailbox and PayPal notification email. Please check your mailbox in time. If the payment is deducted but the order is not displayed successfully, please contact our customer service via email within 24 hours for verification and processing.
